I met Made one random day while returning to my hotel in Ubud, and from that moment, I knew I could count on him for any adventure my friends and I wanted to embark on during our trip to Bali. We proposed an excursion from Munduk to the East Coast of Bali, passing through beautiful rice terraces where we were able to walk peacefully, enjoy the scenery, and learn about the different types of rice grown and the traditional Subak irrigation system.
We had lunch at a dreamy local spot, enjoying delicious local food at a very good price, completely avoiding the “tourist price.” The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. Made made the journey truly enjoyable, always available to us, offering bottled fresh water, and showing exceptional kindness. Without a doubt, count on Made—he is a true gem!

More than a guide — Kuya Komang felt like a big brother in Bali!
During our 5-day trip, Komang wasn’t just our tour guide — he became a real kuya to all of us. From the very start, he treated us like family, always making sure we were safe, comfortable, and having a great time.
He went above and beyond, not just bringing us to beautiful places, but also sharing laughs, stories, and even helping us take the best photos for memories we’ll keep forever. His genuine care and cheerful spirit really stood out — you can tell he loves what he does, and he does it from the heart.
We didn’t just fall in love with Bali — we’ll always remember this trip because of Kuya Komang. Hoping one day more people will get to experience Bali with him. He truly deserves all the recognition!

Made is more than just a guide — traveling with him was an awesome experience! He picked us up from our hotel in Munduk and took us to some beautiful rice fields, then later dropped us off at the Sanur port. The whole trip went super smoothly. He followed our plan for the rice fields, waited for us patiently, and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the walk. Made is really thoughtful, and we had a great chat in the car about different cultures.

Such an incredible experience ! We really couldn’t have wished better than Komang as our guide. The sunrise + black rocks + coffee plantation were such good ideas, we wouldn’t have thought of them ourselves. And as students we’re of course quite picky about the price, but the 25€/pax we spent are so worth it 🙏✨ This man knows how to make you feel good, adapting to our every needs even last minute.
